“Noche” is out now!

The Herreras have released a beautiful ten-track album entitled “Noche.” It features percussion work by yours truly. I had a blast adding the layers of guiro and conga, cajon and shaker. Come for the percussion, stay for the mesmerizing spanish guitars. It’s on sale now at the iTunes store but I’ll give you a taste with “Alto:”

So Yeezus didn’t win the GRAMMY for best Rap album, but it did go PLATINUM! That means 1,000,000 records sold in the U.S. [One Mil-ee-on] On another completely unrelated note, I was mentioned in the Asbury Park Press for my work with the “rootsy” blues band, The Cobra Brothers. check it.

My First Major Credit!

I just had my first major record credit with Kanye West’s Yeezus! Two weeks ago I did an all night recording session with Dylan Wissing of Indie Studio Drummer for producer Ken Lewis and today I found out that my part was included on the record and I’m credited. I am blown away right now.
